1st training: Muay Thai

assalamualaikum,

hehehehehee, da balik dr 1st training muay thai class, bnyk yg lawak je sebenarnye, tp mmg fun sgt, i pun dapat trainer yg bes jugak. heheheh.

1st day training yg simple je, tumbuk2 trainer, heeeee, tp bnda yg paling lwk sebab dah terbiasa dgn dance class, bile sume anggota badan kena ikut sama bergerak, so asyiklaaaaaaa anggota badan ni tergedik2 macam menari kan, haihhh da bape kali kena tegur ngn trainer, ade ke org nk kick boxing mcm menari, sengetttt kan macik ni ;p 

da cuba set in my mind, "ini kick boxing okayyy, jangan nk tergedik2 macam dance class la anggota badan" tapi memang degil taw anggota badan ni, nak jugakkkkkk, so 1st day mmg fail melawan kegedikan anggota badan yg dah terbiasa dgn rentak muzik dan mcm nk menari. hahahaha, dlm gym tu pun psg lagu lebih kurang untuk dance class, hehehehhee, can't help :(

cant't wait for the next training, arini juz ade tumbuk2 je, next training nk sepak2 pulak, arghhh mcm ni boley hilang stress la. walaupun sakit2 badan ni, sebab muscle dlm badan ni da tua, hehehehehe, mmg  penat la, buat cycling xsamp 5minit pon da penat. hahaha, teruk! nasib my trainer tu baik. sukeeeeee :)

hmm, ni 2nd time pg kt fitness tu, rasa sikit segan laaa, ade sikit je perempuan.. hehehe, kt situ sume org tough giler, ketol2 je, takot tgk ;) 

nk pg swimming pulak soon, arghh, sume nk buat ;)
